Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rcovr AI, an audio transcription, clinical-session analysis, and practice-management platform operated by XRAPY SARL ("Rcovr AI", "we", "us", "our"), a company organized under the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Rcovr AI.

1. Who may use Rcovr AI

Rcovr AI is built for licensed or otherwise qualified mental health professionals — psychologists, counselors, therapists, supervisors — and authorized staff of the practices and organizations they work within. To use Rcovr AI you must be at least 18 years old and represent that you are acting within your professional scope of practice, or that you are explicitly authorized by such a professional or practice to use the platform on their behalf (for example, as an organization member with an assigned role).

Rcovr AI is a tool used by mental health professionals. It is not a consumer-facing therapy or booking service, and we have no direct relationship with your clients.

2. Description of the service

Rcovr AI lets you upload audio from your own clinical sessions and receive an AI-generated transcript, sentiment and session analysis, structured clinical notes, and exportable PDF reports. It also provides client and appointment record-keeping, and optional team/organization features for sharing clients, notes, and reports with colleagues you authorize.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at team@xrapy.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your clients' data and consent

When you upload session audio, transcripts, notes, or other information about your clients, you do so as the party responsible for that data. You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required — from your client or otherwise under applicable law or your professional obligations — before recording, uploading, or processing that information through Rcovr AI.

Rcovr AI processes the content you upload on your instructions, to provide the service to you. We are not a party to, and assume no responsibility for, the clinical relationship between you and your clients.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and minutes

Paid plans are billed through Paddle.com, our payment processor and merchant of record. Monthly subscription plans auto-renew each billing period; the minutes included in your plan reset to your plan's allotment at each renewal and do not carry over. One-time minute packs are billed once and the minutes they contain never expire. Full details, including cancellation and refund terms, are in our Refund Policy.

6. AI-generated content — accuracy and clinical judgment

Transcripts, sentiment analysis, and reports produced by Rcovr AI are generated by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. They are provided as a tool to support your workflow, not as clinical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for your own professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it in any clinical, administrative, or legal context.

7. Not for emergency use

Rcovr AI is a documentation and analysis tool. It is not an emergency, crisis-response, or real-time monitoring service and is not designed or intended to detect or respond to emergencies. If a client is in crisis or danger, follow your own professional and legal obligations and local emergency procedures — do not rely on Rcovr AI.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable professional, licensing, or data-protection obligation;
• Upload content you do not have the right or necessary consent to process;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to the service without our written consent;
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation.

9. Intellectual property

Rcovr AI and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of the content you upload (including your clients' data) and the reports generated from it; you grant us the limited right to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using Rcovr AI and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform, with notice where reasonably practicable.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the six (6) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
